OUR PEOPLE
Creations Fantastic has a staff compliment of 14 people comprising of designers, artists and artist assistants. We employ over 50% of our staff members from previously disadvantaged communities and offer complete training and skills development. We all share a passion for the artistic craft that we practice and aim to exceed client expectation.
Producing artworks of this size is physically challenging work. Members of our staff need to be fit to handle climbing a 20ft ladder countless times a day and wielding a heavy spray gun and air hose for up to 8 hours at a time.
We operate as a well oiled team. The nature of the industry we work in often requires short turnaround times and intense deadlines. These are the challenges we thrive on. Some months we have produced over 25,000 square feet of quality hand-painted backdrops.
