Backdrop Info - General

All Creations Fantastic backdrops are originals, designed and hand-painted at the Creations Fantastic facility by our team of professional artists. This process is very labour intensive and takes on average 3-6 days to paint a backdrop. We also produce digital reproductions of our original artworks. (See: Marquee Backdrops)

We take very great pride in the quality of craftsmanship in our products, all of which meet very high international standards.

Use:
Backdrops are a great way to communicate with people on a visual level. Scenic Backdrops are one of the most efficient ways of setting the scene at theme functions and events - (See: Backdrops @ Work) Our backdrops are easy to hang, facilitating quick set ups and changeovers between functions. Many of our themes are available in run-around Room-Sets, including matching Door Surrounds.

Materials:
Creations Fantastic produces backdrops on both natural and synthetic canvas. We use top quality fabric paints that will not crack or peel over time. The painted backdrop is finished with a flexible clear top coat for scuff and dirt resistance.

Finish:
Our backdrops are carefully seamed and finished to high standards with Velcro pockets/sleeves and ties for hanging. (Or to your special hanging requirements).

Hanging:
Our backdrops are best displayed on most frame systems or venue railings. The backdrops are attached with Ties and/or the Sleeve-Pocket provided with the backdrops. For detailed step by step instructions on erecting and displaying a backdrop please see: (See: How to...Hang a Backdrop)

Storage:
Backdrops can be compactly stored for many years, either folded or rolled on tubes. (See: How to...Care for Backdrops)

Fire Retarding:
Finished backdrops are treated with flame retardent.
