LEAD TIMES

Rentals: It is advisable book backdrops for your function at the earliest possible time before your event to avoid disappointment. As our backdrops are used around the world and are only shipped from our central depot to regional agents on confirmation of an order, we request a minimum of 4 weeks reservation before your function. Note: Roomsets must be booked 6 to 8 weeks prior to function.

Purchase: We require a 4 week turnaround time for hand-painted backdrops from our stock themes and 6 to 8 weeks for custom handpainted backdrops. Lead times may vary. We do offer a rush service.

SHIPPING

We can supply you with a quote for shipping anywhere in the world. Please supply a Post Code or Zip Code when requesting shipping quotations. Click here to get a quote

Our backdrops are shipped from our regional agents to your address via UPS or Fed Ex or by regular air freight.

Clients are responsible for shipping charges from the regional agent to clients address, and for rentals, their return to the agent. Rental backdrops must be returned to the our agent via a reputable carrier.
